Precision mechanical machining
HP3 ENGINEERING specializes in precision mechanical machining, specifically in the supply of bushings and valve bodies for the hydraulics industry, as well as in the honing service on design of third-party pieces.
The company was founded in 2020 in Reggio Emilia.
A young company, founded by partners who have been in the sector for 30 years and who have thus acquired the necessary technical skills to carry out and control precision machining, with geometric and dimensional tolerances of a few thousandths.
A constantly evolving machine park
A planned and monitored production that, thanks to a large high-tech machine park, ensures the realization of components for every type of need.
Our machine park consists of 5 SUNNEN horizontal mechanical honing machines, 1 of which is equipped with an anthropomorphic robotic arm for manipulation.

Horizontal grinders with which we can guarantee medium-high production volumes, with the help of the operator
The working diameters range from Ø 4 mm to Ø 22 mm.
Robotized honing cell
In support of one of our Sunnen honing machines, we have inserted an anthropomorphic arm with manipulation gripper, micrometric correction and measuring station.
